The city of Clermont launched its participative budget at the beginning of 2018. We developed the visual identity of the project, and designed the global campaign of public communication, for the next 3 years.
We interviewed people living in Clermont Ferrand we met in the street, and used their testimony into 2 teasing videos. We also created multiple communication medium dedicated to social networks, that highlighted the different parts of the project.
We imagined customizable avatars masks for every citizen.
We designed a poster campaign in order to launch the participative budget in Clermont Ferrand.
From the structure developed by Cap Collectif, we designed a covering specially made with the graphics elements of the participative budget.
